Delicious soft-serve ice cream, table seating, bright decor, and Classic Pop Music are the essence of Summer! Hubby enjoyed a classic, medium-size Vanilla-Chocolate soft-serve Cone, and I savored fun flavors in a medium dish: soft-serve Mint ice cream and Yellow Cake ice cream. We sat at a front table and reminisced, tapping the beat to the music while eating our scrumptious treats...now THAT'S a perfect Summer Outing!

I love their ice cream! The soft serve is so thick and creamy! Inexpensive and never fails to please! They have soft serve flavors that change every few days. Give it a try!

I was excited to see that Banana was one of the flavors. Its too hot for my usual cone, and I just had knee replacement surgery so mom stood in line and got the ice cream for us. We got it in a cup since it would've melted before mom got to the car. Lol. I even ordered my ice cream sandwiches. Jolly Cow NEVER disappoints.

The icecream is like any other soft serve but they do offer varying unique flavors like mint or peanut butter soft serve. Everyone I know loves this place and I'm not sure why. There is nothing special about it and the big chocolate dipped cones sit in the sun all day. I've ordered one every year for 5 years thinking that the last time was just a fluke but they are nasty every time. Completely inedible. The chocolate baking and cooling in the the sun repeatedly might have something to do with it. Can't they just keep some out for show and store the usable ones out of the blazing sun?Stick to regular cones or cups

We went here twice in June, both in the afternoon when it wasn't busy. Both times we ordered milkshakes. The first time we had a vanilla and a strawberry, and the second time a vanilla and a black and white. All were delicious and served in a very short time. The servers were very friendly. I understand why they've (the business) been around for a long time.

I'm so happy they're open again for the season!!! Nothing beats Jolly Cow. Even when we were way way closer to the ice cream place on 32 in Saugerties (once called Pat's Place) we chose to come here. Try a classic vanilla cone with a cherry dip! No matter what you choose it's always good here. Ample sitting spaces come nicer weather

This place is great. That is proven every single night by the fact that they are always busy. The people working there are kind, polite, and are very good at their jobs. They sell ice cream sandwiches that are very good. They're twice the size of the ones at the supermarket and come in a good variety of flavors. The cookies on either side that make it a sandwich are hard like a cracker. I think changing this to something soft would improve them, but they are still really good.It's not on the menu anymore, but ask them for a salted caramel milkshake. Trust me. They are uh-maze-ing. If they start offering salted caramel ice cream sandwiches with soft cookies I will probably die of joy (and diabetes) within the week.

Great old school ice cream place!

The people here are just too nice and the ice cream is somehow better. The flavors are creative and they have an array of hard and soft serve ice cream! Service is very fast and theres a lot of seating, some is under an awning but most it behind the shop. The worst part is it's often packed because of how great it is!

Great ice cream. Lots of soft serve flavors to choose from. Sorbet soft serve available too. Try the pomegranate raspberry sorbet...yum!

The flavor options are great, prices are more than reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get.

Just ok. Softserve is plastic-like. Put what I didn't eat in the fridge (not freezer) and it looked & tasted the same 4 days later... Go for hard ice cream if it's your deal. Seems better.

Amazing ice cream! Tons of flavors! Only downside is its cash only. Time to step it up to 2019 Jolly cow! Otherwise it would be 5 stars all the way! I love their Razzles and the BF loved their milkshakes above anyone elses.
